With over 20 years of experience in executive search, Vivian specializes in accounting and finance recruitment. Her consultative approach allows her to thoroughly understand the needs of both clients and candidates, resulting in successful outcomes. 

Vivian's expertise lies in providing search services for mid-market to Fortune 500 companies across various areas such as accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and finance searches from mid-level management to "C" level executives. 

Prior to founding Park Capital Search, she served as Managing Director at a national search firm focusing on Accounting and Finance recruitment.

Diana has spent 20 years in talent acquisition solutions and consulting across a wide range of industries, including extensive work with Fortune 1000 companies. What sets her apart is that she has actually done the work herself. She brings a practitioner's perspective to every client engagement and has spent much of her career in revenue-driving roles, helping companies rethink how they approach hiring and the real outcomes it can drive.

She also has a genuine appreciation for what PE-backed companies are up against: the need for speed, precision, and a partner who actually understands what a value creation timeline feels like. That combination is rare, and we are lucky to have it. 

Outside of work, Diana lives in Wisconsin with her husband and their two sons, Garrett (18) and Robert (12).

He is a trusted advisor to organizations seeking top-tier accounting and finance leadership. Specializing in C-Suite and senior-level placements, Kent has guided thousands of professionals through pivotal career transitions, helping them take the next meaningful step with confidence and clarity.

A graduate of Saint Louis University, Kent spent two decades building his career in Texas before returning to his roots in Central Illinois, where he currently resides. His approach to search is grounded in integrity, deep industry insight, and a genuine commitment to long-term relationships.

When he’s not connecting companies with exceptional talent, Kent is focused on what matters most: family and time spent with his two loyal canine companions, Jack and Winston.

Hanh is the RPO Recruitment Manager at Evergreen, a Park Capital Search Company, where she leads full‑cycle recruitment efforts across high‑volume and operational roles. With over a decade of experience in recruiting across construction, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions, Hanh brings a hands‑on and relationship‑driven approach to talent acquisition.

Hanh began her career in healthcare staffing before transitioning into national recruitment, where she partnered closely with hiring managers to source and place top talent across diverse industries. She is known for her strong follow‑through, persistence in candidate outreach, and deep understanding of workforce dynamics across both corporate and field‑based environments.

Cathryn is an Accounting & Operations Specialist focused on supporting the company's financial, administrative, and operational needs. She works closely with Vivian as CEO and partners with the broader team to manage accounting processes, coordinate priorities, and help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Her role combines accounting support with business operations, enabling her to bring structure, accuracy, and consistency across key financial and operational initiatives. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and collaborative approach, Cathryn helps keep accounts, processes, and company priorities moving forward efficiently.

David serves as a coach, consultant and psychotherapist coming alongside founders and leaders to assist in fine-tuning their relational skills. He is on faculty at the Tampa Bay Institute For Psychoanalytic Studies where he teaches on the interrelationship between psychology and spirituality. He maintains a private practice in Winter Park, FL where he leads retreats on self-care for those in the helping professions. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in theology and a Ph.D. in psychology. He enjoys being the father of two boys, restoring vintage trucks, board games (surfing, paddleboarding) and wondering about things.
